Our Culture: Putting People first.
We want to make people feel comfortable, so we focus on open and positive interactions based on personal responsibility, trust, flat hierarchies, and respectful communication. Flexible working hours support a healthy work-life balance and take individual needs into account.
International diversity, common goals.
We are an international team characterized by diversity. Using English as our corporate language enables us to work across borders. Shared goals and passions drive our team. We celebrate diversity, foster friendships, and create an inclusive environment where everyone is heard and valued.
An inspiring working environment for innovation.
We care about our work environment. We value flexibility, a wide range of training opportunities, high-quality workplaces, inviting common areas, and outdoor spaces.
Health, leisure and community.
Our sports and leisure activities provide a break from the workday and an opportunity to socialize with colleagues. We offer many trainings and services to support the overall well-being of our team members.
Contributing to a better world.
The non-profit organization "Crossing Borders" supports educational projects for young people in disadvantaged regions of the world. The idea for "Crossing Borders" came from OMICRON founder Rainer Aberer - it reflects our vision to change the world for the better. Employees can volunteer for projects. "Crossing Borders" has already supported more than 250 projects worldwide with local partners in the regions.
Sustainability at OMICRON.
Innovation, success, and sustainability are closely linked. That is why we implement numerous ecological and social measures. The conscious use of our resources is essential to us. We also motivate our teams to use environmentally friendly means of transportation.
Fostering diversity, developing potential.
We want to create the best possible conditions for everyone involved to develop their full potential. This starts with our culture - the mindset and structures for equal participation.
